Like to try all different kinds of beer. I joined a few clubs at some bars because they have so many different beers I can try. Like to hang out in the bar I put it the garage and sample. I always ask for the local beers when traveling. I have probably tried close to 300 different beers from the US and other countries.

I came across this beer at of all places a Bonefish Grille in Pinehurst, NC. I was looking for something different and this had plenty of flavor. Poured a nice head and had a really good feel in your mouth. It is hazy and golden-colored. I found this beer to be very smooth and drinkable, not too dry or too much honey.

Clear golden color, white head. The flavor has subtle hints of fruit & spice. This was a well done beer. This was my first experience with Big Boss even though it is here in NC. I will say it was a pleasant experience. Although it is a seasonal, draught only beer, it is worth a try.

Not bad, The aroma is citrus, clove, and banana Flavor is citrusy, lightly herbal and spicy. Poured cloudy, light yellow/golden color with a very nice thick white head.

This is a beer with a big flavor. The pour is dark brownish-red, with a tan head. Aroma is caramel malt, cherry, and spices. The flavour is sweet malt with nuuty, fruit and what seems like a toffee flavor.

Pours darker than I expected and not much head. The aroma was floral and malty. The taste was overpowered by bitterness. Not like anything I have had but I was not a fan and will not try again.
