Almost more wit like than saison, especially as it opens up and the coriander takes over. I'd like a little more funk, but this was still very nice. Some barnyard present, very "wheaty" and bright, light fruity hop presence. Great feel and very refreshing.

Pours an enormous flocculent head- I thought I put an Alka-Seltzer in the glass! Takes some time before a full glass can be obained. Tasty in the saison style. Notes of grass,esters a bit of pepper/spice. Nice cloudy golden color. Some little note of sour , bitter. Taste does not last to long with clean finish. A very good Saison, not at the level of Ommegang Hennipin- but good refreshing beer. Will keep a lookout for more in the future.
