Bottled. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized beige creamy head. Aroma is raisins, caramel, mild hops, bready malts, quite sweet malts and some hints of alcohol. Flavour is malts, caramel, raisins, alcohol and mild notes of hops in the background. Aftertaste is rather sweet malts and raisins with some breadyness too.

Hazy red orange with a steady, slim off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, brown sugar and sweet fruit. Similar for the taste, plus; very smooth, quite sweet with a slight bitter finish. Excellent doppel.

Thanks to Eric for sharing this bottle.Aroma is cookie dough and mild dried fruits. Taste is malty with flavors of plum, peach and grape. Hardly any hop presence but that doesn’t mean this stuff is sweet. Medium bodied, you can’t tell it’s 7.8% at all. Just a great beer.

Poured a hazy golden color with a small off white head and light lacing on the glass. Aroma of wood, sweet caramel and toffee, also dry bandages. Taste was sweet caramel, citrus and also a sweet pineyness. A pretty nice doppelbock.
