Serveringstemp 6-8 grader. A rich pale saison where the malt lets the yeast shine through. Coriander has been added for complexity.

Hazy golden colour, huge white fluffy head. Aroma is enormously acidic fruity and earthy. Flavour is grass, earth and very sour fruits. Not very pleasant in my opinion, maybe some cellaring would do?.

Hazy golden with huge white head. Fruity aroma of banana, sweet oranges, yeast and red apple-skins. Fruity and lively flavour of oranges, white bread and spices with a light alcohol note. Oranges and apple-slin in the yeasty and peppery aftertaste. The best from Haandbryggeriet so far.

Bottle conditioned, RBESG 2005, Grand Tasting (courtesy of the brewery). Golden colour, low head. Yeasty aroma, notes of fruits (esp. raisins) and oak, flavour is oaky and raisiny with a certain alcoholic punch. Not bad at all.
