330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered and hazy rich golden-amber Hefeweizen with a generous two fingers light beige, soapy and dense foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeasty, fruity, green apples, green raisins and spicy, cloves. The flavour is wheat malts, sugar, fruity, apples, citrus and bananas. The mouthfeel is sparkling, quite thin and smooth. This light to medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry fruity and bitter finish. A well refreshing and pleasant Hefeweizen from Salzburger Land. Ideal for a sunny day.

Bottled (from Alko). Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, bananas, fruits, some floral notes as well. Flavour is banana, wheat, fruits, some earth and mild toffeeish notes. Refreshing.
