This beer derives its name from the mystery bicycle that appears to be growing out of a tree in Blue Mound. Well balanced throughout the pallet, with a smooth and warming combination of maltiness, chocolate and roasted flavors.

Big bottle from heybeerman, and shared with a couple good friends while sitting around a fire. Dark brown body with a frothy tan head and a blanket of lacing. Sweet roasted malts, brown sugar, dark berries and some grassy hops. Earthy with a clean medium bodied mouth feel. Sturdy brew, and a great surprise.

This beer is almost an imperial stout with the smells of roast/burnt malt, molasses, chocolate and alcohol. The mouthfeel is a little thin and the flavor is slightly sour with a touch of smoke mixed in the molasses and roast malts. It does taste like a traditional baltic porter.

Another fine offering from Wisconsin beer guru pfoxyjohn. Pours a murky dark brown with a massive tan Coca-Cola-like head that leaves tons of lacing. Good carbonation. Aromas of sweet toasted malts, bitter chocolate, molasses, slight hops and alcohol. Taste is rich with a toasted maltiness and sweetness up front then some chocolate bitterness with an alcohol kick. This would give you Amnesia if you drank several.
