A full-bodied Triple IPA, Green Bullet combines New Zealand grown Pacific Gem and Green Bullet hops. Significant pine and citrus hoppiness hit the palate at first sip, accentuated by tropical notes of mango and pineapple, ending with a moderately aggressive, bitter finish.

So yumm didn't have time to check out the colour. No matter how many Ipa's this is, it's a treat. Looks good as it slicks down the gullet. Full bodied full flavoured beer. Whatever this Green Bullet hop is, keep it coming. Wonderful flavours of melon, pineapple, honey, lemon, grass, pine and caramel malt for a perfect balance. Next border crossing, get more.

Pours a beautiful clear amber with a frothy, pale buff head. Aroma is hoppy and a little fruity, not too strong. Flavor is not as hoppy as I expected, especially with a double IPA, but the fruit notes are firm and varied - yes, definitely got a bit of pineapple in there, as well as banana, pear and Mandarin orange. Texture is fizzy yet fairly smooth, if not firm. Maybe not what I expected, and not Green Flash’s best - but so what, bite this bullet. Er, drink it. Responsibly, please.

Copper amber pour, nice tall white head, tons of lacing. Piney and tropical citrus aromas and palate, clean and fruity, pineapples!, then sweet from nice malt offset. Big beer that doesn't drink as big as the ABV. Nice effort.

Pours a hazed, deep orange color with a well retaining creamy head. Aroma of tropical and citrus hops, big sweet malt and some booze, but its no the light side.In the flavor, herbal, piney and earthy, with some orange and grapefruit smoothy notes. Solid bitterness, as this big beer does not finish sweet. Malt is caramel like and adds to the body of the brew. Full bodied, smooth and satisfying. Carbonation is at a medium-low. Overall, this is a really good brew. Very hoppy and easy to drink despite the strength. Review#1800

Not a lot of triple IPAs out there to compare this too but it wasn't like Devil Dancer. Didn't get the aroma I was hoping for after the other reviews. It's a greener hop aroma and quite good but not mind blowing. Still top shelf on flavor and appearance. Bitterness is awesome on this one. I go back and forth on GF but this is a winner.

This is about as good as a DIPA gets. I liked this better than the Pallet Wrecker, but only sampled one each so may have to have another face off. This is lighter malt, or a stronger version of their West Coast IPA. Alcohol hidden quite well for 10%. Top tier beer that I will be drinking more of.

Brand new to MN (both brewer and beer) so I had to try this, being a huge fan of their West Coast IPA. It definitely did not disappoint. Huge hop aroma of pine, citrus and tropical notes. Plenty of malty sweetness as well but retains the tongue-numbing bitterness you would expect from a "triple" IPA. High ABV is well-hidden behind the hop bitterness. Excellent!

Wow. Loved this one. Wasn't sure how much I would. I love their West Coast IPA...in fat, more so than Palate Wrecker or the Imperial IPA. This one, though, super fresh as it was, packed the right amount of hop-popping aroma and flavor with a big malty sweet backbone without interfering with the fact that it's an IPA. Barleywineish in body, though not too heavy. Pine and citrus on the nose and tongue followed up with a carmel malt and a blast of tropical fruit. Loved it...kept my nose in the bottle all night. One of the best IPA/IIPAs I've had this year.
