We brewed a big ol' batch of Imperial Porter in the cauldron, threw the finished concoction into some Bourbon barrels, and added some magical vanilla beans. It's big, bold and wizardly.

Pours a hazy dark brown colour with a creamy beige head, good stay and some cream lacing all-around. Beautiful vanilla aromas over the roasted and chocolate malts. The taste shows the vanilla beans again over the burnt malts and the bourbon mildly comes out in the finish. Nothing too crazy here, but a very good Imperial Porter with oak and vanilla notes.
