Refreshing and effervescent The liberal use of malted wheat lends a light, dry but fruity finish to this satisfying brew an unfiltered hefe weizenbier. Drink it in the German tradition with a slice of lemon.

Easy to drink, but lacking in anything that was remotely memorable. Body is hazy golden yellow with a 1/2" white head. Aroma is very weak, but there are notes of yeast and wheat malts. Flavor is light cloves, wheat malts, and suprisngly dry. Thin mouthfeel does not detract from the enjoyment of this basic german hefe.

another in the boring/standard swill pleaser catergory. not even good for an american hefe. it's definitely not horrible, but i've had many that are better and more refreshing.
