Zutaten : Wasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen, Hefe.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the newest and original Huppendorfer beer glass an unfiltered and light hazy straw-yellow coloured K B with a slightly beige foamy head that had a quite short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, bread, biscuits, honey notes and faint grassy hops. The flavour is yeast, grainy malts, citrussy and grassy hops, hay, straw. The mouthfeel is light crispy and round. The texture is watery. This light bodied K B has a dry malty finish. Easy drinkable, pleasant but not so convincing as the others beers of the Huppendorfer range.
