We are featuring a cask conditioned ale called Hopping Mad. To be perfectly honest, this is not aimed at the light beer drinkers. It comes in at 6% alcohol and although it is very aggressively hopped it is well balanced with the malt. Available at the Toronto location

I tried this beer on tap on October 28, 2011 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a clear golden-red colour with a white creamy head. The aroma was domninated by citrusy hops, caramel, and weak spicy notes. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was citrus, toffee, and had a bitter finish.
