A traditional German style with a wonderful malt flavor and a hint of chocolate.

Pours a clear reddish brown colour with no head. Zero lacing, But a prevalent nutty, caramel malt aroma and flavor throughout. Hint of chocolate and soft cinnamon notes on the palate. One of the more tolerable brews from this place.

Not much of a bock, more of a munich dunkel, and even there it isn't very compelling. Anyway, far too roasty for a bock with a focus on the roast/toast notes over malty sweetness. Nicely hopped, however, but still off base, IMO.
