Not a bad beer to quench your thirst, but if you are looking for something really special, look elsewhere. Aroma is lightly malted, subtle floral notes and a tiny bit spicy. Appearance is a nice golden yellow, tiny bubbles rising to the top of a fluffy white head. Mouthfeel was soft. Flavor was metallic, very light bitterness with a honey sweetness to round it out. Not bad.

Sampled from bottle, a gift from Dansting. Pours a hazy copper-gold with a thin white head and remarkable lacing. Aroma is apple blossom and sweet malt. Flavor is balanced (perhaps slightly sweet) and has some fresh fruit and smoke. Medium-light body and well-carbonated. Quite good for the style. Very easy to drink.

Pours dark gold with good clarity nd a short, creamy head. The aroma has a light, candy-sweetness despite a good dose of piney hops. The flavor definitly is unique--I could swear it's a smoky blonde, wierd. Very strong flavor overall, malt, then heavy peppering, then smoke. Light-to medium body with gentle carbonation. A big thanks to dansting for this generous donation. I don't know how else I would have sampled a beer from Idaho---I'm certainly not going there:)

Poured a hazy golden color with a nice white head that clung to the edges throughout the drink. The aroma was a nice floral honeysuckle. I really liked the smoothness and the way this was carbonated. Had a nice honey maltiness to it that i really enjoyed. Like to have a 12ver of this!

Bottle 9/03. Clear, golden; thick head; fine lacing. White tiast aroma, complexly earthy and a bit floral on the nose. Mild flavors of lightly roasted malts and slight hop bitterness. Alright.

Thanks to Dansting for this beer, again. Very flowery aroma over a fluffy head and lacing, hazy golden brew. Thin and sweetly husky maltiness with hints of hop bitterness.
