Ale, gold, produced in low fermentation of barley malt (about Alc.5), freely inspired by the Bavarian Helles but more hoppy. It 's a drinkable beer that you enjoy deep drafts because the warm tones of sweet malt is well balanced with the bitterness of the hops. It goes well with almost all ranges of taste is not par-ticularly pronounced.

Bottled@The 2nd ES/CS Beer Tasting. (thanks F.B.). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is malts, grains, herbs, mild bready notes as well as some grassy hops. Flavour is quite much the same, but also has some rather yeasty notes, which doesn’t suit this beer style that well (at least not the yeast used).
