This was one of three seasonal at the Syracuse, NY brewpub. Poured a slight hazy amber colour with a warm foamy head, decent retention and thick soapy lace. Nice mild hop scent with fruity notes. Crisp mouthfeel with a little dryness from the hop and medium-bodied. Great balance of fruity malts and citrus hops (grapefruits). Very refreshing Saison for fans of pale ales.
