Like the digits suggest, it's a beer that's densely populated with flavor and loaded with character. We don't filter it, so none of its life and soul is stripped away. The first thing you notice is the hazy, cloudy appearance. That's how you know it's unfiltered. What hits you next is the spicy aroma of Cascade hops, followed by the crispy, fruity ale flavor delivered in a smooth, creamy body, the result of blending barley malt with torrified wheat.

Great beer. Very smooth with a wheat character that is always present yet never too strong. I think many wheat beers have the other tastes covered up by the wheat, but not this beer. Complex and finishes clean. Another great from the Goose!

The beer pours a hazed gold colour with plenty of effervescence and a rocky white cap. The aroma is weak wheat, cereal grains, light citrus, and funky hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is vegetal in nature (think green tomatoes), with hints of wheat and cereal. Not a lot of bitterness in the finish. Not likely to try the Canadian variant anytime soon either.

Pours out a weak yellow color with a white head that disappears instantly. The aroma is wheat, malt and just a hint of lemon. The mouthfeel is smooth and refreshing on a hot summer day. The flavor is clean and has very light notes of wheat, malt and lemon.

Opaque orange yellow with lacking foam head. Aroma is weak citrus. Taste is wheat, some citrus, some bitter. Citrus aftertaste. Cannot find anything special in this beer. (Chicago 201308)

I have a bit of a soft spot for hoppy wheats. This one is light, but does the trick. Light wheat, yeasty spice and citrus hops combined to make a light refreshing brew. 38 in Chicago, but I'm in the airport pretending its warmer.

I may be a little generous on flavor and overall here, but could be slightly above average for the style. Semi-clear yellowish appearance with a clean/crisp feel. I actually thought it was filtered. On the thin side, like all 3 of the Goose Island beers that I've sampled. Tasty and refreshing....just not feeling their standard beers that much.

A cloudy yellow colored beer with a bug sudsy textured, white head rising robustly above. There's good hang time and a thick billowery ringlet is left behind. A strong grainy nose. Good wheat, grassy tasting in a light, crisp drink. Quite rfreshing.

Hazt yellow/ copper body, small to mid sized head leves some o.k. lace. Aromas of musty wheat and some fruitiness poking around. Flavor is much the same some wheat and hay up front a touch of fruit on the back end. Overall an above average wheat.

Pours a hazy, semi-transparent golden with a fairly thick white head. Aroma is crisp and wheaty with a fruity hint. Flavor fills the mouth with wheaty, grassy and subtle fruity notes. Smooth texture has good body, a fair amount of fizz, and some grassy, straw-like scratchiness. Did they brew this with straw, or hay? Tastes like that - and I mean it positively. Texture has average body and fizz, leaving a grassy and hay-ish finish. Get urban with this one!

pours a pale yellow with a quickly disappearing white head that fizzles down to leave nothing behind. The aroma gives off notes of grassy hops and sweet lemon candy. The taste is like the aroma with sweet lemon candy with some grassy hops in the background. The mouthfeel light with good carbonation.

Ok, a bit off type but I really liked this beer. Nice hazy yellow with tight white head. Good medium mouth slightly slick, carbonation well done. Not much spice but lots of lemon and significant hops. Very very dirnkable
