Dark red colour, mediumsized reddish/pink head. Aroma is raspberry, some sour wooden hints and a bit of apple. Flavour is sour raspberries, wood and slightly appleish sourness also. A very smoothly made thing.

Poured a hazy, ruby red color with a small, pinkish head that left light lacing on the glass. Aroma of fresh raspberries, borderlining on cranberries, with a bit of light funk, low wild yeast presence. Taste of more raspberries, very fruity, with light vanilla, oak, and a tart, dry finish.

Red colour with small hints of pink and brown. Bubbly white head with some pink notes. Fresh but a bit too sweet raspberry aroma. Small notes of acidicy and wood. Medium sweet flavour of raspberries. Light and a bit short finish with a small amount of tartness. Decent stuff.

amber colour with pratically no head, a very strong raspberry aroma, sparkling, tart, acid and sweet with a long sourish, raspeberry finish - very good

Bottle: The bottle opened with a large POP! Poured a bright red/pink colored beer with a huge head with excellent retention. Carbonation is very strong and aroma is comprised mainly of sweet raspberry. Taste is very refreshing with a very good taste of raspberry (not too much sweetness though) and tart. I appreciated the fact that the acidic part was well covered and wasn’t taking too much place. Overall, this was a very refreshing drink that I wouldn’t mind trying again on a hot summer day.
