22 oz bottle. Pours clear copper gold with a big creamy white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet bready malts with some minty, leafy, piney hops.
The flavor is sweet earthy malts with a big resiny, slightly tarry, bitterness with a little fruit. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with smooth carbonation.
Overall, decent IPA. I’m not a huge fan of the hop profile. -

The bottle says this is hopped with Simcoe, Centennial and Cascade hops so how could it not be great? It is a good IPA but not good enough to stand out in the crowd. Weak citrus and pine aroma and taste, only mildly bitter--I just expected a bit more punch to it.

Bottle from the brewery. Medium orange amber pour, tight white head, very nice lacing throughout. Nice clean citrus and slight pine hopped aroma and flavor, some grapefruits, nice malt sweetness to slightly offset, still big and bitter. Thank you Travis for taking PfoxyJohn, Brian (Flash), SC Gamecock Friend of Flash, and the Blue Lou to Gigantic; epic visit.

Another great beer shared by pfoxyjohn, by way of phishpond and the great western beer Odyssey. Really impressed by this, as others have said, the west coast ipa is everywhere but this it top tier among them. Great nose, great flavor, way too easy to drink, and strangely still unique.

Very big, hoppy ipa. Lots of grapefruit and pine needles. Medium to full bodied and full of flavor and oh so fresh, this one manages to stand out a bit..........

From Centreal City, in a bomber. Clear copper pour under a minimal white head, tiny ring as it faded into nothingness. Mild hop and pine for the nose but inviting all the same. Hop and pine for the palate, bolder than the aroma with a grapefruit bite at the finish. Smooth mouth.

Gigantic doesn't disappoint once again. Even with a bazillion IPAs in Portland, this brew stands out. Cloudy orange, fresh floral nose. Citrus, pine, grapefruit and bubblegum.
