500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Geyer Stein glass a clear orange-brown coloured Vienna with a two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is mild sweety and toasted malts, cooked vegetables and grassy hops. The flavour is mild sweety toasted malts, caramel, toffee, molasses, herbal notes and grassy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, sparkling, sweety and a bit sticky. This light to medium bodied Vienna has a dry malty finish. An easy drinkable, if too sweety, beer from a small brewery located near Nürnberg in Mittelfranken.
