500 ml swing-top bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Geyer seidel an unfiltered and cloudy golden-orange Kellerbier with a three fingers light beige soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles and some bigger one. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, cereals, flowery notes and mild herbal hops. The flavour is sweety malts, grainy, light hoppy bitter, light fruity, citrus and may be a faint sourish feeling. The mouthfeel is round and a bit watery. This light to medium Kellerbier has a dry grainy and fruity finish. A very refreshing and easy drinkable Kellerbier from the Nürnberg area.
