A golden color. Pretty impressive for a triple. Apricot, pears, oranges are abound. The alcohol is well hidden. A slightly spicy aftertaste. Good job

Growler... Amber color with a very small head and no lacing. Yeast, clove, cardamom, and coriander in the aroma. Yeasty, banana, pepper, alcoholic, and citrusy taste. Despite being in my growler for over 2 weeks, this still had great carbonation, although the head was not there. This was nice, the brewpub called it a tripel, and I was a bit skeptical, but it certainly is a tripel!
