330 ml capped bottle. Poured a slight gushing and unfiltered opaque golden-orange coloured Ale with a small one finger slight beige foamy head that had a short retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is yeasty, grainy malts, spicy, peppery, strong sourish tones. The flavour is sweety grainy malts, sourish fruits, grainy apples, citrus. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and smooth. This medium to full bodied Ale has a lingering sourish fruits and bitter finish. The noticeable warming effect is an obvious result of the well hidden ABV-level, 9.8 %. A very nice and overall very refreshing Belgian Strong Ale.

Sold as the 'Singing Blonde' in New York City. A hazy blonde beer with lots of carbonation and a huge white head. Aroma is sweet malt, citrusy hops, and yeast. Flavour is sweet and yeasty......not a whole lot going on here.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is metallic, hoppy, fruity, yeasty and also has some semisour notes. Flavour is sweet peach, alcohol, some notes of glue and nectar.

Sampled on 5/14/2010. This Belgian Strong Ale pours a medium orange gold color from a 33cl bottle. Mediums sized white foamy head, with decent lacing and nice retention. The aroma is fruity and sweet, peaches and apricots. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. The malts are fruity and sweet, lots of peaches and apricots with some pineapple. The hops are herbal. A touch of yeast and perhaps a little honey. Nice soft carbonation. Finishes kind of sweet, Hides the alcohol well. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
