The simple malt gives an ABV of 5.8 % which carries the flavour and really allows the hops to shine through. The hops used are of American origin, Colombus, El Dorado and Cascade ( 45 IBU ). With multiple generous additions in the kettle and further dry hopped before it reaches you as fresh as it can be. It is great with spicy foods, such as tacos and salty foods such a fried fish.

Tap at the beer market in Dublin. Pours clear golden with a medium sized off-white head, good lacing. Citrus, mild grains, earthy and grapefruit. Good

280 ml, on tap at the ICBF, Dublin 09/14. Poured in a session glass a light hazy amber-orange coloured IPA with half a finger fine, dense and beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is hoppy bitter, piney notes and juicy fruits, mandarins, oranges, grapefruits, citrus on a solid toasted malts backbone. The flavour is aromatic hops, resinous tons, tropical fruits, mango, pineapples, a caramel note and spicy sides with a peppery touch. The mouthfeel is light crispy and heavy hoppy bitter. The texture is oily. This medium to full bodied IPA has a lingering fruity hoppy bitter finish. More than a pleasant IPA from a boarder city to the USA, Galway and overall a funny brew. I like it.
