Stout au café origine Brésil de la Brûlerie artisanale Brown Bag. 𝐻𝑜𝑢𝑏𝑙𝑜𝑛: Magnum de la Houblonnière Lupuline Hop Yard. Un peu de noirceur au milieu au milieu de l'hiver! Dès la première gorge de ce stout, nous sommes immédiatement transportés dans la palette arômatique d'un café fraichement coulé au petit matin: des notes de chocolat noir, de noisette, d'avoine légèrement torréfiée. Un plaisir à boire seul ou accompagné d'un fondant au chocolat avec sa crème glacée à la vanille!

Clean, dark brown colour with ruby and amber highlights, a frothy light-beige head with good stay and lacing. Roasted malt aromas with a touch of freshly grounded coffee and a tad fruitiness. The taste continues this fruity-burnt barley base with hints of berries. The coffee nicely comes out a little more in the aftertaste, lingering. An easy-going stout with the coffee being mildly blended, and a tad of berries.
