From pfoxyjohn - pours a nice clear amber gold with a thin head and hardly any lacing. Ripe apples, sweet malts and hint of hops in the aroma. Taste is initially sweet with a funky apple linger followed by some hops in the end. Another interesting beer from John and the land of the Badgers.

This beer poured a clear golden color with a thin white head. It had a sweet malty aroma with notes of apple and other fruit. Carried a medium mouthfeel with flavors of malt and apple.

Orange-yellow color, light carbonation and a thin beige head with light lacing. The aroma is mostly apple, but quite light and somewhat flat. Medium-bodied with a lightly-tart mellow flavor. Very light hops and not much of a malt backbone. Finish is smooth and cider-like, but not at all cloying or overpowering. In fact the apple presence is very subtle, but there's little else there to provide needed balance. The result is a brew that's ulimately unsatisfying, either as a beer or as a cider.

A pleasent, unique apple brew that pours a straw yellow body accompanied by a small white head. Carries plenty of fresh fruit aromas and flavors. Suprisingly silky texture with a nice crisp soft hop finish.
