Not bad, but not great either. The flavor is OK for a brew with this light of an alcohol content. It is smooth and incredibly drinkiable. Decent head, but too many other, better beers out there in this catagory.

Bottled@Mawson Arms. Golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is quite hoppy along with wooden and grassy hints. Flavour is bigtime grassy hops with some slight malty hints. Dry palate.

Split a pint with my dad, DJ in KC while with women were shopping in the CWE. A nice EPA, fruity hops and mild malt in the nose. Good clining lace and head, but more chill haze than I've seen in most stateside brews. Flavor delivered on the aroma, it was nice, but less interesting than some. A nice brew that I'd order again...fish and chips, anyone?

Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8
The aroma is nice and somewhat malty and creamy-like with hints of some spice with sweetness and maybe some faint hops. The appearance is a glowing bronze to orange in color with a thin head on top that is stringy and off-white in color and leaves lacing on the glass. The mouthfeel is light in body and maybe a little thin with nice complexity and balance with a nice pallet that is not too thick. The flavor is malty and creamy with some spice and very light caramel with some good bitter in the aftertaste that is not overwhelming and is smooth and very refreshing and creamy. Overall, another good product from this brewer and this pale ale is different than many I have had with good malt complexity but balanced nicely with slight hoppy bitter in the finish; I am glad I got a sixer of this, it is very drinkable.

275 ml bottle, at The Beehive, Brentford, London. Deep golden colour, moderate head. Aroma like a decent standard bitter. Reasonably hoppy flavour. Not bad for a beer this low ABV.
