Nelson Sauvin Saison. Aroma af stikkelsbær, passionsfrugt, krydderier samt grønne druer og peber. Gylden i farven og afrundet med mjød skabt af dansk honning. Brygget på pilsnermalt og Nelson Sauvin humle samt dansk, fadlagret mjød fra gamle Chardonna hvidvinsfade fra Bourgogne. En frisk luksusøl til de rigtige kendere, der kræver kvalitet og smagsnuancer i hver en tår. * Hallertauer Blanc has now replaced Nelson Sauvin as the new hop. Gudmund er den sydfynske viking, Roulvs nevø. Hans navn er kendt fra en Runesten som onklen satte over sin døde brors søn. Gudmund døde på vej hjem fra et slag i Frankrig. Det var Kong Christian d. VII der fik fragtet stenen til Nationalmuseet i København, hvor den står i dag.

    750 ml corked bottle, as Frejdahl Gudmund Double Saison, fadlagret på gamle hvidvinsfade. Bought at BilkaToGo, Skalborg. ABV is 7.0%. Hop is now Hallertauer Blanc. Slightly hazy golden colour, huge white head. Pleasant aroma of white wine, oak and mild spicy hops. Light bodied for its strength. The flavour is fairly crisp and dry, with mild spicy notes, hints of oak and white wine.
