The special aroma of the white beer For the broth the brewer uses a malt mixture with at least 50 percent of wheat malt interest. Hence, often one says to wheat beer also wheat beer. The wheat brings the typical aroma in the broth which gives his quite own mark to the beer. Beside the other malt mixture works the brewer with a special wheat beer yeast. The beer drinker can recognise this yeast easily by her quite special aroma: Already the smell announces a fruity freshness which harmonises in the taste with the typical wheat aroma optimally. The strong malt mark is carried by an ease as it appears only with the wheat beer. The a little higher salary in carbonic acid underlines this sparkling ease. Hence, the wheat beer is a many-sided food companion because it can be combined with light, as well as with strong kitchen.

Another beer from Germany-Dank, Manfred! This is good beer. Would be better if you were sitting at a small round table with an umbrella over it in Rosenheim. The usual wheat beer aroma hits your nose when opened. The head is full a somewhat rocky a little thin as it trails down the glass. Mild clove and bubblegum, smooth mouthfeel. Not the best but better than many.
