Blanche Allemande houblonnée. Possède une mousse dense ainsi qu’une robe opaque orangée. Arômes dominants de banane et d’agrumes avec un côté vineux rappelant le vin blanc. On peut distinguer le clou de girofle légèrement présent dû à la levure. Amertume moyenne mais présente.

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy warm cap, good retention and some foamy lacing. The nose is pretty hoppy with some mild Belgian yeast. Peachy notes appear with time and this is felt in the taste. Nicely balanced between the weisse with the banana notes from the wheat and IPA with the grass form the hops.
