A delicately light body with a pale golden hue, this dry table saison is brewed with spelt and rye and then fermented with wild yeast for notes of pepper and tropical fruit.

Bomber from BCLDB Ladner. Golden pour, cloudy, under an enduring fluffy white head. Aroma was grassy and yeasty, with fruit undertones. Mouthfeel very respectable for the style. Very good flavour, fruit, yeasty, light spicing, and a peppery characteristic as well. Tart finish. Overall, clean and crisp. A pleasure to drink.
