Pours clear amber with a thin head. Aroma gives fresh malt, caramel, resiny hops, apple. Flavor creates caramel, fresh malt, rwsiny hops, crisp apple. Texture brings nice body & lively fizz. Oktoberfest year round.

Brewmaster Barabara emailed to tell us that she tapped her O'fest--just in time for a 17 Sep celebration--just like in the Old Country. Enjoyed a couple 16 oz. pints with friends over a lunch of Bratwurst und Sauerkraut at the Brewpub in Old Town. Pours a clear amber, with a scant and fading off-white head. Smooth, slightly undercarbonated mouthfeel. Sweetish aftertaste clearly favors the malts. Very subtle brew.
