nothing really great here. poured a pale yellow with a big ole white head that ran at the first chance it got. taste was very average with nothing jumping out to make this a beer to remember. if it didn't come in kool (oil) cans I would never drink it.

OK. Aroma is malty, as is the taste. Neither is complex, just your typical lager taste. Maybe drinking this out of an "oil can" affected the flavor and smell. It is smooth and easy to drink, making it a good party beer.

Pours medium yellow with big white head that smells of strong malt. It is a little watered down but has good solid malt taste. Best served ice cold or it begins to have a corn taste to it.

Pours a piss yellow with massive 5 finger white head. Lightly carbonated. Aroma is fairly malty and watered down. Taste is grainy, that's it. Good god this is pretty bad. Very metallic.

Clear pilsener with some fruits in the distance. Nice bitter, good carbonated. Foam is quickly gone, but taste is lasting. A beer for warm days and swetty bodies.

pours a light yellow, with small white head. Aroma is average with slightly malty. Taste is average with a light hop presence and is a little watery. It's a little over hipped.

It has been 18 months since anybody has reviewed Foster's Lager! After reading a number of the reviews, not much has changed. -- Comes in a big can, neato, pours clear and with a pretty head, neato, thin but refreshing flavor, sort of neato! It remains on the supermarket shelves so "somebody" must be buying.

Foster's is a beer that I enjoy on occasion. This beer has a pale yellow color with a clean aroma. It is crisp on the palate with a faint hoppy taste. Overall, not a bad beer.

I find this beer a weak watery affair. Almost has no aroma, but does pour well. Feels like drinking water and the flavour is very weak. Nothing to write home about.

Still swill, but probably one of the best of the swills. I never really mind drinking Fosters, especially from an Oil Can. I'd rather cook with it than drink it, but if someone offered me one, I don't think I'd turn it down. It's not bad for chain restaurant beer, or if nothing else available.

I got a crystal clear yellowish colored lager. Big frothy head settles fairly quickly. Not much lacing left behind, though. Smell is typical macroswill, grassy, corn. There’s some body to this beer. Some smoothness. Interestingly unlike most pale lagers, the characters of this one are more pronounced the warmer the beer gets. The taste is of grass, light notes of corn. Not complex as one would expect. Overall, though, not a bad pale lager.
