Our Head Brewer Paul created this Helles Bock with a dash of local wildflower honey to create an aromatic floral component. The honey fermented out to dryness providing no sweetness to this springtime lager. We cold filtered this lager for 3 months creating a crisp, clean and rounded lager

Crowler. Pours clear straw with a good parchment head. Aroma contributes honey, fresh malt, floral tones. Flavor adds fresh malt, honey, floral, subtle citrus notes. Texture wraps up with fair body and fizz. Forage for it.
