Do you like hops? This traditional IPA (India Pale Ale) is highly hopped which gives this ale a bitter finish. Made with organic American malts. A generous dose of pale malt gives this beer its high alcohol content. We hope you enjoy it!

Grabbed in a pick-your-own mixpack at Publix during recent Myrtle Beach visit. Not as hoppy as expected, based on the 78 IBU printed on the label. Leans toward the sweet side...balance could be better. Has potential, but not quite living up to it's name.

I picked up this beer from Wine Gourmet in Roanoke, VA. I was expecting a little more from this beer if I am being honest. It looked pretty and smelled nice but it was a tad harsh. I probably will skip this again in the future given the large number of IPAs out there.

Real good IPA, and my 1st sample at the brewpub. Lots of upfront citrus goodness with a hearty dose of sticky evergreen. The hops are well done and a pale malt backbone helps showcase the abundance of fresh hops used in this tasty brew.

This one pours a pretty clear amber with a thick, fluffy and rather persistent white head that leaves substantial lacing. Hoppy aroma has a yeasty overtone and earthy and grassy notes plus a hint of malt. Flavor has a grassy, herbal overtone, some hops, some malt, and an earthy underpinning with a whisper of fruit. Smooth texture has average body and a decent amount of fizz. Definitely a worthy IPA.

Now on tap @ Brixx Pizza. Nice clear amber with a decent white head and some lacing. Grapefruit hops upfront with some malts present. Taste is nice and hoppy with a good grapefruit and slight peach hops and a good bitter finish. Good with a spicy pizza.

This was probably the best beer I sampled at the Southern Brewers Fest. A copper color with some nice lacing on my plastic mug. The aroma consisted of caramel, grapefruit, and perfume. The flavor is rather bitter but had a nice malt presence as well. I picked up some lemons, grapefruit, caramel, and brown sugar. Overall this was a good one.
