A traditional and toasty autumnal lager beer Mashed with a biscuit-y blend of local barley malts from Epiphany Craft Malt House of Durham, North Carolina. Delicately hopped for a decidedly balanced profile. Fermented cool with our preferred house lager strain. Conditioned cold for an extensive period of time until crisp and crushable. Perhaps no better style to pair with the changing of the seasons, this toasty lager is our take on a tried and true classic.

Pours clear amber with a thick parchment head. Aroma delivers toothsome toasty malt, caramel, fresh bread, a citrusy hint. Flavor gives up rich toasty malt, caramel, bread and citrus for a well-rounded Märzen. Texture presents nice body and peppy fizz. A must for Oktoberfest.
