Thanks to the cooperation of the LCBO with this inspirational idea from our Craft Beer friends, 5 cents of every can of Tiny Little Wizards Southern Hemisphere IPA sold in the LCBO (Ontario) will go to the Australian Red Cross. Thank you to them for helping us respond so quickly! Thanks to our Craft Beer Community for the perfect way to support families affected by the bushfires across Australia. Our Southern Hemisphere IPA celebrates the unique magic of African & Australian hops that grow so abundantly in these beautiful climates. How quickly it changes. It’s only fitting we offer to help our Aussie friends. It’s a small world after all.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size frothy off-white head and has a slightly hazy golden orangey coloured appearance. Some big thick dirty lacing remains. Lively carbonation. Aromas of floral and citrus hops, lactose, yeast, some vanilla hints. Flavours are mostly citrus, pine, lactose notes, vanilla and yeast. Smooth, slick and creamy mouthfeel. Some mild bitterness in the finish making this an easy going IPA, flavourful without the hoppy bitterness.

Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a frothy-fluffy warm cap that waves around and leaves creamy-bubbly lacing. The nose is grassier for a juicy IPA, with soft sweet yeast and some citrus notes. The taste is very lightly juicy and some nice bitterness of grass in the finish. The Galaxy hops really shine here, not overpowering, but blending the grassiness with the mild fruits. Looks like Enigma hops are also used here, hence the sweetness in the undertones, and some light lactose. Another good brew from this brewery for those who prefer a little more grass than citrus to their NEIPA.
