From Southern Hemisphere Wizards to Northern Hemisphere Blizzards, we love hops from all over! Fluffy & crisp like winter snow, taste the magic of five fresh Northern Hemisphere hops in this special, lactose-creamed winter IPA. Eureka & El Dorado hops evoke resinous aromas of evergreen forests and wavering spruce in gusts of lemony winter light while plush Cashmere Hops nestle soft melon and downy peach aromas in a frothy blanket. Bright Ariana Hops bring snowy vanilla notes and sparkly citrus frosting atop the crisp drifts of Sultana Hops’ pineapple, pine, and spicy citrus peel notes. Ontario Has 5 months of winter: we’ve made Peace with it!

Tall can from LCBO. Pours a huge foaming white head with thick bubbly dirty lace and has a fairly hazy orangey coloured appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruit, pine, resin, yeast, some citrus notes, a bit wheaty. Flavours of pine and orange peel, lemon, subtle tropical fruit notes, hints of lactose in the finish and very mild spice. A little bit yeasty and quite juicy as well. Mild bitterness with a bit of sweetness to balance things out.

Hazy golden colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and loads of creamy-foamy streak. Citrus zest aromas, hoppy bitterness and mild alcohol warming the nose. Flavours of fruitiness, oranges, lemon peel, yeast with hints of vanilla. Some nice dryness in the finish. Not too much lactose, as not super sweet, but well-balanced hoppiness.
