The beer pours a slightly hazed orange gold colour with plenty of effervescence and a thin off-white cap. The aroma is grassy malt, light citrus, weak apple notes, caramel, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is dominated by sweet notes of alcohol with hints of caramel and citrus in back. Could have been a lot better.

Slightly hazed by tiny-transparent particles floating all-around. The head is frothy, big, good retention and lines of thick foamy lacing. Alcoholic nose with lots of fruitiness - oranges, tropical fruits and then, vanilla. The mouthfeel is warming with the alcohol and good dryness in the finish. Again, the fruits in the taste with the alcohol, but where is the creaminess of cream for the creamsicle. A little too high in alcohol to be a nice smooth, juicy orange creamsicle beer (lacking lactose?), but a nice Quad IPA nonetheless, hitting the spot.
