Rainbow Sherbet DIPA. Golly, it’s delicious! Brewing in pure sunlight and frolicking with hoppy friends inspired the happy flavours of a melty rainbow of fruity sherbet in our newest summer Double IPA. A merry medley of Nectaron, Motueka, Sabro, Idaho7, and El Dorado hops and tangy orange, lime & raspberry purées laced with ribbons of lactose bring sweet cutiness to this dimple-faced ice cream social. The fruity rainbow of tingly fruits makes this beer perfect for the awakening of summer and the move outdoors for patios, picnics, and parades.

    Fairly clean, golden colour with a big frothy-creamy warm off-white head, good retention and loads of creamy-soapy lacing. Big fruity aromas with berry notes, tart, coffee grinds and a touch of grassy hops. Nice alcohol in the taste with the fruitiness and herbs. Yes, I am getting this coffee-tart thing again. Subtle, but interesting. Quite a swell raspberry DIPA that is refreshing, warming and goes down nicely.
