The beer pours a light hazy gold colour with a generous white rocky cap that lasts several minutes and provides a little lacing. The aroma is very fruity with notes of pineapple and citrus. One can detect a small amount of grains and yeast, but it’s the fruit you’ll notice most. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with normal carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma, lots of fruit with pineapple and citrus. Not overly sweet. You feel the alcohol but don’t taste it.

Can that pours a lightly hazy, bright light-golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay, leaving some thick creamy-foamy lacing. Herbal hop nose balanced with grape sweetness and the hints of pineapples. Some nice light spiciness as well. The mouthfeel has a dry finish, with a tad tart. Flavours show the hoppiness, with again - just a little pineapple and grape vinous notes. If you are afraid of the pineapple title over sweetness - do not worry, this is really a good dry, bitter Double IPA.

Tall can from LCBO. Pours an average size frothy white head with thick dirty lacing and has a pale golden orangey coloured appearance. Lively carbonation. Aromas of pineapple and tropical fruits are abundant as are the citrus and piney hop notes. A little bit floral as well and some yeast in the finish. Flavours are very juicy and fruity, lots of tropical fruit notes, the pineapple is the most noticeable at first with some subtle mango and papaya hints in the finish. Mild bubble gum like flavour at the end on the palate. Quite good!
