Citrus, pine and tropical notes drift in both the aroma and flavour of genius, so all in all it's a wonderful North American take on a refreshing sessionable beer with balanced yet perceivable bitterness.

A session wheat beer. It pours a hazed pale golden hued orange with a white head. The aroma is strong on citrus with a hint of wheat and spice. The flavour is the same as the aroma, very citrusy with notes of grapefruit, and bitter finish. Should have been better.

The beer pours a hazed golden orange colour with a long lasting thin white ring for a head. The aroma is light pine and citrus with some tropical fruit and grains in the mix. Mouthfeel is weak to medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is grains and citrus with some straw flavours thrown in. Not impressed. -

pours a clear, pale golden yellow hue, with a nice sized puffy, off-white head, which leaves some decent lace around the glass. The aroma is of peppy orange, white grapefruit, and lemon skins, some dank pine resin, spicy wheat malt, a subtle caramel sweetness, mild woodsy notes, and further earthy, leafy hops. The taste is gritty, grainy, and spicy wheat, orange and red grapefruit bitters, acrid pine needles, and plain earthy, weedy hops. The mouthfeel's carbonation is quite low-key, and the body medium-light in weight, and generally smooth and refreshing.

On cask at the Arrow & the Loon. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a bubbly off-white head, decent retention and dirty lace. Grassy hop aromas with a little Belgian Ale yeast. Mouthfeel is light, but has decent punch for a low alcohol content. Nice mild hoppy taste with hints of the Belgian yeast. A pretty decent easy-going session IPA.

At Arrow and Loon, Ottawa. Pours a small frothy off-white head and has a light, clear orangey appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of light citrus hops, fruits, and mild floral hops. Nice fruity tropical flavours, some mangos and mandarins. Light hoppy bitterness, very faint. Light-medium bodied. Average carbonation. Easy going down. Really good session, rivals Muskoka detour for a beer with light hoppiness and flavour to match.
