Enjoyed at the Arrow & the Loon. Pours a dark brown colour with a little copper highlights. Fizzy light-mocha head with minimal lacing. Roasted malt nose with coffee notes, hints of licorice and chocolate. The taste is mild with roasted malts, and some hops in the finish. Refreshing as cold right now and smooth. Mild and not heavy. Nothing much more.

On tap at Arrow and Loon. Pours barely any head and has a dark amber/brown appearance. Weak lacing. Aromas of vanilla, coffee and cocoa. Flavours of dark roasted malt, notes of coffee and oatmeal, and definitely chocolate in the mix. Also a bit nutty. Pretty good mouthfeel, somewhat silky and oily. Goes down very well. A little bit of sweetness in the finish.
