Belle Époque is fermented with a Belgian Ale yeast coupling a true artisanal tradition with the Flying Monkeys New World reputation for benchmark IPAs and creative hopping. Sparkling with poetry and gaudy with Glacier and Citra hops, the uniqueness of Belgian Ale yeast imparts notes of pepper, spice, and fruit with a graceful dryness in this gilded, Imperial-strength, dry-hopped Flying Monkeys creation.

Pours a hazy amber colour with golden highlights. The head is big, creamy, very long lasting, light warm beige with great lacing. Big fruity aromas with oranges, plums, caramel, spices and Belgian Ale yeast giving hints of vanilla. The taste is where the hops come out with a sharp bitterness, but goes down nicely living a warming mouthfeel with blended citrus zest lingering. A very nice Belgian IPA.

Pours a massive frothy tan coloured head and has a hazy amber/coppery appearance. Has nice thick dirty lacing. Aromas are light toffee, yeast, bitter citrus, and hints of caramel. Flavours are nice and sweet at first, lots of malty notes but mostly the Belgian yeast is strong and there's some notes of earthy and citrusy hops. For a 10%abv beer, it's not as strong as expected, but will definitely show after a 750ml bottle. Has a bitter warming sensation on the palate. Has a smooth, silky and creamy mouthfeel. Perfect for sharing.
