2005 version is vanilla at first sip, changing to dark chocolate.Very rocky head fades fast. Reddish color, hint of alcohol in the nose. 6.5%, nice bitter flavor after several sips. Released just before Christmas, body has thinned a bit but still a wonderful example of a Black Forest bock.
