This dry and refreshing farmhouse ale, made in collaboration with our good friends at Ridge Rock Brewing, was brewed with French Saison yeast, honey, lavender and fresh lemon zest. This continued lockdown couldn’t stop us from getting together (safely) to make great beer for you!

Pours a clean, with just a tad of haziness, light-golden with a big frothy-soapy cap, good stay and some patchy foam lacing. Big lavender smell with the Saison yeast giving some citrus notes and a Belgian touch. The sweet cereal malts do come out eventually. The hops gives a spicy feel in the taste. The lavender hints soapiness. The finish is dry enough, but the brew is crisp. Gets nice and cloudy at last pour. A nice table beer with some spiciness that is refreshing enough to enjoy any day.
