330 ml swingtop bottle, bought at a border shop near Flensburg. ABV is 4.8%. Hazy brownish golden to amber colour, large white head. Moderate aroma of malts (including a hint of mild roastiness) and woodwork, hints of herbs. The flavour is malty without being very sweet, again with mild roasty and woody notes, herbal hops and some fruit in the finish. Not bad.

Clear amber, off-white lacing foam head. Nice aroma and taste, a typical German Kellerbeer style. Nothing special there, just a nice one. But OK. (Velp 201703)

Bottled. Deep golden colour with mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is malts, hops, quite earthy and also some bready and a slight metallic edge to it. Flavour is malts, hops, earth and some slight caramel (not very sweet though) and also some slight metal.
