Pours a dark brown gold color with a thick head. Aroma is of grain and mild malt while the mouthfeel is thin and almost watery. The taste is mildly of malt and wheat but not very complex. This a good refreshing beer but the best thing is the really cool bottle and stopper.

Clear copper yellow with off white foam head. Aroma is malty, bit metalic. Taste is surprising, nice caramel bitter, with some malt and hop notes. Good aftertaste. (Moscow 201305)

Pours transparent red-brown with an inch of quickly-disappearing head and sparse lace. The aroma is straightforward, full of sugary caramel malt. The flavor is, luckily, more complex. Grainy toasted malts and hops are predominant, with touches of banana bread. Finishes with a balanced sweetness and dryness, leaving toasted bread and faint hop notes. Not particularly outstanding, but nice for a dunkel.

At first pop the thing I noticed was the strong aroma of garbage, almost overwheming but settles later on. pours with a dark golden color with a big white head. Taste is kinda bland with hints of caremel malts and is a bit waterered down. Not much of an aftertaste. Overall not a very good dunkel but is drinkable. Love the pop tops though.

A clear, bright reddish yellow beer. The off white head is frothy, robust and has a decent amount of hang time. Toasted grains and herbal aromas rise to the nose. Nothing offensive here. The sweetness and breadiness of malts dominate on first sip. The mouthfeel is smooth, making this a good dunkel.

I'm a Dunkel guy. This one poured beautifully, a crisp, dark amber with minimal carbonation and good lacing. But the aroma, while sweet, is weak for the style and dominated by grass and wheat. The taste is much more water than dunkel, some sweet malt, some bitter hop, but mostly bland water.

Swing top bottle, Knightly Spirits. Poured a fairly clear, slightly hazy, copper color, normal head and lacing. The aroma was bread and caramel. The flavor was caramel, bread, and light roast. Mouthfeel was a little watery. Not a great take on the style.

330 ml fliptop bottle, in Flensburg. Reddish brown colour, good and lasting creamy off-white head. Quite nice flowery and malty aroma. Caramel malts flavour. Minimal bitterness.
