We brew this beer in the traditional lager style associated with the early summer beer known as Maibock. The beer is straw colored, full bodied, and has a nice spicy hop flavor. It is hopped with German Tettnang hops and fermented with a German lager yeast. Like most bock beers it is slightly higher in alcohol at 6.4% ABV and 12 BU's, or bitterness units.
