This Maibock, also known as a Helles Bock, is a strong, golden lager that emphasizes rich, bready malts with a touch of traditional Continental hops. Our version utilizes malt from our friends at Carolina Malt House in central North Carolina for additional texture while a late boil addition of Saaz hops gives it earthy, spicy flair.
