    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7

500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Weizen Vase an unfiltered and cloudy golden-orange coloured H W with a generous two fingers creamy, dense and slightly beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity, citrus and peaches. The flavour is wheaty malts, herbal tones, fruity, citrus, grainy pears and spicy, cloves. The mouthfeel is grainy and quite thin. The texture is watery. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a long fruity and spicy finish. If, may be, a point too thin, a pleasant and refreshing Hefeweizen from the Erzgebirge in Saxony.
